NFL quarterback turned creator of a Texas-style seasoning, Dan Pastorini takes barbequing to a new level with his full line of premium seasonings. The seasoning was first introduced at the 2011 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a rub on several rodeo food favorites. His spices are gluten free, contain no MSG, are low in sodium, and are packaged right here in Houston.

While we did not win any awards, we were more than pleased with the reaction from the over 4,000 rodeo-goers at Reliant Arena who tasted the Dan Pastorini’s Texas Style Rub on chicken, ribs, brisket, tri-tip, frog legs and corn on the cob at the 2011 Houston Livestock & Rodeo Cook-off!
